Noah Greenspan, PT, DPT, CCS, EMT-B
Founder
Dr. Noah Greenspan, PT, DPT, CCS, EMT-B is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy with over 27 years of cardiopulmonary physical therapy and rehabilitation experience. He began his professional career at the New York University (now Langone) Medical Center’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, with clinical rotations in medical, surgical, orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, chest physical therapy and ultimately cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation, where he served as Physical Therapy Supervisor from 1995-1999.
In 1998, he founded the Pulmonary Wellness & Rehabilitation Center, a Manhattan-based physical therapy practice specializing in the care of patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary and complex medical conditions. Under his direction, the Center has conducted over 100,000 exercise sessions and been named “Best of the United States” in the area of cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapy.

As a creative builder and change agent, Dr. Marcella Debidda’s mission is to promote a human centered healthcare system, built on empathy and radical collaboration where each patient is recognized and treated as an individual with unique experiences, hopes and expectations; where everyone is respected for the expertise that they can bring to the table, is empowered, engaged and has a voice in their own care.
In her role as Chief Patient Officer she works with patients to understand the journey in their disease and to co-create meaningful solutions that can have an impact on their daily lives. She is also responsible for creating a culture of inclusivity where partnerships with all key stakeholders can take place.

Marion Mackles, PT
Officer-At-Large
Marion Mackles, PT earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio in 1981 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from New York University in 1994, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She began her career as a Physical Therapist at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, where her clinical experiences included rotations in Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic and Neurological Rehabilitation. Marion spent two of her three years at the Rusk Institute on the Chest Physical Therapy and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Units.
During that time she worked extensively in the Recovery Room, Transplant, and Intensive Care Units. It was during this period that she developed her deep love for and devotion to the care of patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction. In 1998, Marion joined the Pulmonary Wellness & Rehabilitation Center, as one of its two founding members, where she serves as chief of the Center’s Airway Clearance Unit.
